Antelope Island, in the middle of the Great Salt Lake, UT, provides great wildlife and landscape photography opportunities. During the fall, thousands of migratory shorebirds use this as a stopover point on their way way to warmer climates. Bison and pronghorn are present year round and the weather at this time of year can create wonderful atmosphere for our landscape images.
Our days will start and end along the Salt Lake shores, taking advantage of early morning soft light and beautiful golden hour. Late mornings and early afternoons will be used to locate the larger park residents and work on creative photography techniques such as intentional camera movement or macro. With the tour spread out over several days, we will be able to customize our sunset locations based on the group's desires.
