Registration Deadline: Participants must have their Photo Adventure fees paid no later than 7 days in advance of the Photo Adventure start date. Full price is due at time of booking for single day Photo Adventures and One-on-One sessions.

Rescheduling: If a participant needs to reschedule, and A. Bender Photography LLC has another single day Photo Adventure of the same price available, one rescheduling will be allowed with a $25 administration fee. If there is a single day Photo Adventure of greater price available, the participant may choose to register for that Photo Adventure paying the price difference with no additional fee. Rescheduling is only allowed once per original registration and must be rescheduled within one calendar year of the original, purchased Photo Adventure. One-on-One in-person sessions have the same policy as single day Photo Adventures. Virtual One-on-One sessions may be rescheduled once with a $10 administration fee. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a participant needs to cancel a single day Photo Adventure or in-person One-on-One session, written notification must be received no later than three days prior to the Photo Adventure start date. A. Bender Photography LLC will refund the adventure price minus a cancellation fee of $50 per participant. If the cancellation occurs within three days of the Photo Adventure, A. Bender Photography LLC reserves the right to retain the total balance paid. If a participant needs to cancel a virtual One-on-One session, written notification must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the session at which time A. Bender Photography LLC will refund the One-on-One session price minus a cancellation fee of $25. No refunds will be given for virtual One-on-One sessions cancelled less than 48 hours from session start time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE SERVICES ARE STARTED.

Returned checks shall incur a $25 processing fee and will be required to pay future funds by credit or debit card.

Photo Adventure fees only cover specifically listed inclusions such as guiding and instruction services, on location transportation, lodging, and activity fees where required. If the item is not listed, participants can assume it is NOT included in the Adventure price. Please inquire if you have any questions or need clarification for a specific Photo Adventure.

Participants understand that these photo adventures are based around natural elements that Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC has no control over. Best efforts will be made to ensure fulfillment of outlined photographic subjects for each photo adventure but weather conditions, wildlife sightings, wildflower blooms, and fall colors cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of extraordinary events, governmental instability, extreme weather, pandemics, or other conditions, Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography reserves the right to cancel the Photo Adventure and shall return all adventure fees to participants in these cases.

Release of Liability: Upon the arrival meet-up, hard copy liability release forms will be signed. However, by purchasing a Photo Adventure you agree to hold Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC and any heirs, relatives, business associates and others harmless from any liability for any personal injury, death, loss of valuables and safety risks, or any other malady that may strike due to your involvement in this Adventure. You agree that you are aware of the risks international travel presents and you are taking these risks upon yourself. You agree to be fully financially independent should disaster strike and that Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC may ask and verify that you have trip insurance, covering both medical and travel.

Although most of the Photo Adventures are designed for people of average fitness, be aware that all the Photo Adventures will be taking place outdoors and will require a certain amount of walking over some degree of uneven ground. Please make sure that you are up to the level of activity for the Photo Adventure that you plan to attend. If you have any questions about the activity level of a certain Photo Adventure, please inquire prior to signing up for the event.

Attendees are not vetted before the journey. You understand the risks involved and while Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC will do all she can to aid and assist with issues that may arise, you agree to hold Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC and my aforementioned associates harmless due to any interpersonal interactions with fellow attendees and/or anyone we encounter along the way. If you are unwilling to agree to any of these terms listed here please don’t sign up for the photography adventure.

Please be aware that it is the participants’ responsibility to meet at our predetermined location by a specific time for the start of our Photo Adventure. If for any reason you are delayed, you will be responsible to catch up with the group. It is unfair to delay the entire group. We do suggest arriving in the area of our Photo Adventure locations the day before our start date. A detail data sheet will be available for each Photo Adventure that will include time and location information.

A. Bender Photography LLC reserves the right to modify, add and/or subtract anything from the itinerary as necessary and without warning.
